Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d)
Als Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Unternehmen und bist für die effiziente, zeitnahe und businessorientierte Rechtsberatung verantwortlich. Deine Aufgaben:
- Umfassende Rechtsberatung: Effiziente und pragmatische Beratung in verschiedenen Rechtsangelegenheiten, einschließlich M&A-Projekten, internationalem Handel und regulatorischen Aspekten sowie gesellschafts
- und wettbewerbsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten- Unterstützung des Wachstums: Übernahme von Verantwortung für rechtliche Themen im Rahmen von Fusionen und Übernahmen, Joint Ventures und internationalen F&E-Projekten in interdisziplinären Teams zur Förderung des Unternehmenswachstums- Vertragsmanagement: Eigenständiges Entwerfen, Prüfen und Verhandeln von Handels
- und Unternehmensverträgen aller Art, um sicherzustellen, dass rechtliche Aspekte den geschäftlichen Anforderungen entsprechen- Risikomanagement: Identifikation von Rechts
- und Compliance-Risiken sowie Beratung zur Vermeidung/Minderung dieser Risiken- Schulungen: Durchführung von Schulungen für verschiedene Zielgruppen im Unternehmen, um das Bewusstsein für rechtliche Aspekte zu schärfen
Dein Profil:
- Volljurist mit abgeschlossenem Studium und ca. 8-10 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen juristischen Umfeld, entweder inhouse oder in einer renommierten Anwaltskanzlei- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Ausarbeitung, Verhandlung und Verwaltung verschiedener Verträge sowie M&A-Projekten- Erfahrung in den Bereichen internationaler Handel, Gesellschafts
- und Wettbewerbsrecht- Hervorragende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mit Deutsch als Muttersprache oder auf muttersprachlichem Niveau- Motivierte und energiegeladene Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Selbstständigkeit. Stark in der Kommunikation und begeistert von Teamarbeit
