Unser Mandant konzentriert sich seit Jahrzehnten nachhaltig und sehr erfolgreich auf die Entwicklung, den Bau und die Verwaltung von Immobilien und sucht aktuell für das Team juristische Verstärkung: Eine tolle Möglichkeit sich in einer Einheit mit flachen Hierarchien schnell und verantwortungsvoll einzubringen und langfristig fachlich und persönlich zu wachsen.
Unser Kunde ist auch offen für Kollegen (m/w/d), die nach der Elternzeit den Wiedereinstieg oder generell eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe in Teilzeit anstreben.
Aufgaben
Als Legal Counsel beraten Sie unseren Mandanten allgemein zielführend in allen rechtlichen Fragen, die mit der Verwaltung, dem Bau und der Entwicklung von (Gewerbe-)Immobilien einhergehen (u.a. allgemeines Vertragsrecht, Mietrecht, privates/öffentliches Baurecht).
Der zweite Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt ferner in der umfassenden Beratung und Betreuung des operativen Geschäfts der von unserem Kunden betriebenen Gesundheitsimmobilien. In Ihrer Rolle als Unternehmensjurist fungieren Sie außerdem als Schnittstelle zwischen den einzelnen Ressorts und übernehmen auch für weitere rechtliche Themen, beispielsweise mit zivil
- oder handelsrechtlichem Bezug, Verantwortung.
Ihr Profil
Sie bringen als Voll
- oder Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d) mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Bereich des Immobilienrechts mit und haben in Ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn idealerweise auch bereits Berührungspunkte mit dem Heimrecht gehabt. Alternativ zeigen Sie ein ernstes Interesse daran, sich in dieses und weitere Rechtsgebiete aktiv einzuarbeiten.
Ob Ihre Expertise aus der Kanzlei oder einer Inhouse-Tätigkeit stammt, ist hierbei sekundär. Sie haben ferner Freude an Herausforderungen und erfreuen sich grundsätzlich daran pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten.
