Deine Rolle
Als Operations Specialist (w/m/d) im Bereich Seefracht Import übernimmst du die Verantwortung für qualitativ hochwertige Transportabwicklungen, umfangreiche Kundenservices und eine große Kundenzufriedenheit.
Du wirst
unsere Kund:innen bezüglich des gesamten Logistikprozesses betreuen und beraten Shipments von der Buchung bis zur Rechnungsstellung managen die Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit wichtigen Partner:innen (Zoll, Reeder, etc.) durchführen manuelle Quotierungen vorbereiten und dokumentieren die Qualität der Kundenprozesse u.a. auf Basis von Datenanalysen sichern und verbessern
Das bringst du mit
praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Seefracht Import eine sehr datenorientierte und ordentliche Arbeitsweise verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse exzellente Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten einen hohen Grad an Motivation und die Fähigkeit , in einem dynamischen Umfeld und anspruchsvollen Team zu arbeiten ein proaktives Arbeitsverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten
