Tasks

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

In this role you will report directly to the Berlin Catalyst Marketing Operations team
with a dotted line to the Berlin Catalyst Marketing Director. Your core duties will include:

- Strategically curate the products from our seasonal lookbook´s for our Berlin Room72
- Implement a seasonal product setup in the showroom that aligns with the relevance of Berlin's youth culture.
- Identify and collaborate with young creatives to enhance the overall showroom experience.
- Provide support to the Relationship team during catalyst showroom appointments, serving as the onsite product expert.
- Cultivate and sustain a joyful, inspirational, and elevated environment at Room72.
- Generate sales orders (SAP) and track them to ensure the Catalyst Brand Marketing team meets targeted seeding dates.
- Receiving and unpacking incoming product orders.
- Manage the inventory system to facilitate product distribution and

coordinate the release of products from Room72 and the warehouse.
- Organize product pick-ups and ensure the timely delivery of products to catalysts.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As a Catalyst Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work within the Berlin Catalyst Team alongside the Operations, Marketing and Relationship functions to master the next 12 months service model, for all relevant cultural catalysts experiences with Nike.

As the key overseer of administrative tasks within the Nike space known as Room72, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal engagement with our catalysts. Your responsibilities will extend to the Room72 showroom, where you will curate seasonal product selections and manage their display. This entails collaboration with external stylists, creatives, agencies, and partners. Additionally, you will actively contribute to
supporting and occasionally co-designing catalysts experiences, such as shootings, marketing campaigns, special setups, and sport sessions for our catalysts. In exchange with Relationship the planning of Room72 appointments will also fall within your responsibilities.

We are looking for an individual with a fervent passion for their work, a creative mindset, exceptional organizational abilities, and a collaborative team spirit, capable of contributing to the overall success of the Catalyst Brand Marketing offense.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in self-management (yes, you heard that right).
- Previous experience in PR agencies, showrooms, and / or Influencer Marketing with a keen understanding of cultural dimensions will be a plus.
- In-depth comprehension of youth culture, coupled with a curious, creative, and forward-thinking approach towards its future.
- Demonstrated interest and passion for the spheres of fashion and space design.
- Future forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in SAP systems to order product.
- Ability and willingness to perform tasks such as lifting or moving boxes.
- Business Proficient Language Skills in English and basic German.
- Methodical and Organized - Incredible attention to detail and a love for organization.
- Nike product knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and a strong team player, able to develop productive relationships with cross functional teams.
- Ability to express your values.
- Integrity, Respect and Tolerance is expected, always.
- Travel 5% to 15% of the time.

Day-to-day, you will work with the Catalyst Marketing Operations team (including EMEA stakeholders and counterparts) and directly with the Catalyst Brand Marketing Director, as well as with the Relationship and Marketing team members. Beyond this core team and within the broader Marketing organization, you will work closely with other teams to help execute our plans, based on the project support needed. As part of the Operations team, you will also work with external partners (designers, stylists,
creatives).
