Your impact and responsibilities

As Partner Sales Manager for the German healthcare market, you will be responsible for selling our Patient Engagement software solutions to new and existing clients. You will also:

  • Develop and execute business strategy to achieve the company's growth objectives for designated products.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Integrate partners into the go-to-market process and work closely with direct sales.
  • Continuously develop processes and content to implement best practices.
Your team

You will become part of the Logex DACH sales team with team members across our German and Dutch offices. This sales team consist of 7 professionals and focuses on selling Healthcare Analytics software solutions to new clients and maintaining existing customer accounts in healthcare.                                                                 You will work closely with the Patient Engagement Product team and report to the Sales Director DACH.

Your profile

We believe the following skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in this role:

  • Hands-on mentality and eagerness to take on significant responsibility.
  • Degree in health or business studies or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in partner management in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding and good overview of digital solutions in the German healthcare market.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Ideally, experience in software solution sales. 
  • Enthusiasm for digitizing healthcare and digital innovations.
  • Strong analytical skills and pronounced strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Native language proficiency in German and very good English
