You will take on important tasks for our major customers in land transport, air and sea freight and contract logistics in order to offer holistic solutions and retain them at Hellmann in the long term.

Location: Munich (Hallbergmoos) or Nuremberg | Reference no.: C | Employment type: Permanent » Your tasks: Contact person for our key accounts to ensure sustainable service quality Trusting cooperation with our operational teams and colleagues from Key Account Management Data analysis, reporting and KPI management, preparation of QBRs SOP adaptation and subsequent training of operational staff in the adapted customer process Ad-hoc offer management for customers and support for tenders Ensuring the supply chain including supplier management Monitoring of the billing process
