Unterstütze die AGT-Familie als Event Coordination Manager (m/w/d).   

  • Du unterstützt den Aufbau und die Leitung der Event Coordination Abteilung: Struktur und Prozesse gestalten 
  • Du bist gelegentlich auf Koordination vor Ort
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Abteilungen in der Buslogistik
  • Budgetplanung und -überwachung für Event-Logistikprojekte
  • Organisation und Abstimmung von Buslogistikdiensten für Events und Veranstaltungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um deren speziellen Anforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten
  • Du wählst und koordiniert die Fahrzeugflotte und Fahrer für Events
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Veranstaltungen unter Einhaltung höchster Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Aktive Identifizierung von Geschäftschancen und Beitrag zur Umsatzsteigerung im Eventbereich
Dein Impact:

  • Du hast bereits eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. als Veranstaltungskaufmann) oder ein Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Logistik oder einer verwandten Disziplin  
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Eventkoordination oder Logistik, vorzugsweise im Buslogistikbereich
  • Du besitzt hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck effizient zu arbeiten
  • Du hast hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Du bist bereit gelegentlich im Zusammenhang mit Veranstaltungen zu Reise
  • Du hast bereits gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket inkl. Outlook
  • Du besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B
