Werde Teil des RWE Renewables-Teams und treibe als Stakeholder Manager für Netzthemen unsere Onshore-Wind- und PV-Projekte in Deutschland voran und hilf uns, die Zukunft der erneuerbare Energien zu gestalten. Die Abteilung Project Engineering Germany liefert die technische Unterstützung und stellt die technische Expertise in der Entwicklung, im Bau und während des Betriebs unserer Windparks in den Fachbereichen Resource Assessment, Site Suitability, Civil und Electrical Engineering bereit.
Deine Tätigkeiten im Fachbereich Electrical Engineering
Du bist Ansprechpartner für alle generellen technischen Netzfragen und unterstützt Deine Teamkollegen, unsere Projektentwickler, unsere Construction Teams und unsere Betriebsteams bei der optimalen Gestaltung unserer NetzanschlüsseRegelmäßig analysierst und optimierst du unsere internen Prozesse der Netzanschlussplanung und Netzanschlussanfrage und stimmst diese auf die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Netzbetreiber abGemeinsam mit unseren Projektentwicklern, unseren Betriebsteams und unserem Strategie-Team entwickelst Du Konzepte und Strategien der netzoptimierten Projektentwicklung und des netzoptimierten Betriebs von Wind- und PV-Parks. Du unterstützt bei allen generellen technischen, normativen und organisatorischen Themen von Netzbetreibern. Dazu triffst Du Dich regelmäßig mit den verschiedenen Netzbetreibern und stellst sicher, dass wir die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Netzbetreiber kennen und erfüllenDu kennst die einschlägigen Normen und Gesetze und engagierst Dich aktiv in Gremien und Normungsausschüssen, um die Perspektive von Anlagenbetreibern einzubringen und ggf. unsere internen Prozesse frühzeitig anpassen zu könnenGemeinsam mit weiteren internen Abteilungen führst Du Analysen und Studien zu Netzengpässen und ähnlichen Themen durch oder betreust externe Ingenieurbüros und Gutachter mit solchen AufgabenDu beteiligst dich an abteilungsübergreifenden Projektteams und übernimmst regelmäßig auch einzelne Aufgaben in Projekten wie NetzanschlussanfragenDein Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Fachrichtung ElektrotechnikRelevante Berufserfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) in der Planung von Stromnetzen, insbesondere 20/30kV und 110 kV, Wind- und Solarparks oder ähnlichen InfrastrukturprojektenErfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Netzbetreibern sowie mit Gutachtern und IngenieurbürosErfahrung in Gremienarbeit, z.B. Normungsausschüsse VDE, BDEW, FNN, etc.Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von einschlägigen technischen Normen und Richtlinien, insbesondere VDE 41XXAusgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Menschen auf verschiedenen HierarchieebenenTeamfähigkeit und Interesse an interdisziplinären Aufgaben, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, tragfähige Arbeitsbeziehungen in Projektteams über Regionen und Funktionen hinweg aufzubauenProjektmanagementkenntnisse und Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Planung, Organisation und Priorisierung von AufgabenVerhandlungssichere Deutsch-Kenntnisse und gute Englisch-KenntnisseGültiger Führerschein und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen, i.d.R. eintägig-
