What you do
Responsible for the design and conception of a new product offering in the employer evaluation and employee satisfaction sector, ensuring it meets industry standards and employer needs Lead the implementation and market launch of the new business model Identify, establish, and nurture business relationships with client companies as well as Statista’s media partners to promote and support the new business model Serve as the primary point of contact for industry partners, maintaining strong and ongoing relationships Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align objectives and ensure the successful delivery of the project Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to continuously improve the business model and stay ahead of industry developments. Provide strategic advice and insights to senior leadership on best practices and innovations in employer branding Lead negotiations for partnership agreements Manage the project timeline, budget, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Your skills
Who you are
5-7 years of professional experience, with 2-3 years in internal or external management consulting, specifically in employer branding, employee satisfaction measurement, employer rating, or related fields Proven experience in business development and/or as a product owner, particularly in launching new products or services Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking abilities Proficiency in English and German; experience with US market dynamics and cultural understanding is a plus Based in Hamburg and willing to travel occasionally for business Flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to manage and grow business partnerships successfully Strong network and established contacts within the employer branding industry and media sector Your Team
