**Overview**

The disciplinary manager for this position is Pankaj Gupta and the location of the role is Hamburg. People with disabilities with appropriate suitability are in favour.

The leader will be expected to build C-level relationships, and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for business growth strategy.

- ** Program Management**: Oversee multiple project teams and streams within the E2E Application Management Service Operating Model, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals and project managers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Deep understanding of the banking industry’s regulatory environment and compliance standards.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
