Application Security Program Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Application Security expert to join our team as a product lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective Application Security strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
About the Job
- Location: Hamburg, Germany.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Salary: €150,000 - €200,000 per annum, based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Application Security strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security into the development lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Application Security, with expertise in vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.
