Für unser Service Center Procurement & Materials Management bevorzugt am Standort Lauf, aber auch möglich in Plochingen oder Marktredwitz suchen wir einen
Head of Procurement Indirect Materials & Services mit folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkten:
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung des operativen und strategischen Einkaufs von indirekten Materialien, Energie und Dienstleistungen (z.B. IT Dienstleistungen, Energie, Facility Management) und stellen mit Ihrem Team die Versorgung der deutschen Standorte sicher
  • Ihnen obliegt die Führung des Teams von 6 Mitarbeitenden
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie auch für die Warengruppen Facility Management und Energie als Lead-Buyer zuständig
  • Sie verhandeln selbständig Verträge und Konditionen und führen projektspezifische Ausschreibungen durch
  • Des Weiteren erarbeiten und setzen Sie Warengruppenstrategien für Indirect Materials & Services um
  • Sie verbessern kontinuierlich die Performance des Bereiches, stoßen Prozessoptimierungen an und realisieren Einsparungen

Ihr Profil:
  • Sie haben ein Studium zum Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieur abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf von Facility Management Leistungen und Energie mit
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits ein Team im indirekten Einkauf geführt
  • Kenntnisse in HOAI (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure) sind wünschenswert
  • Dienstreisen zwischen unseren Standorten und zu Lieferanten sind kein Hindernis für Sie
