We're hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Ordio , to play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our user base, including developing and executing innovative demand generation strategies, creating and optimizing campaigns, partnering with cross-functional teams, and growing your high-performing team.

Tasks

Develop and execute demand generation strategies. Create & implement comprehensive demand generation programs/campaigns to drive user acquisition & revenue growth.

Create and optimize campaigns. Plan & execute multi-channel campaigns across digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.

Analyze and optimize campaign performance. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize performance, and maximize ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align strategies, identify target audiences, and optimize campaign messaging and positioning.

Conduct market research. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gain insights into customer needs and preferences.

Measure and report on campaign effectiveness. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and present findings to key stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience in demand generation, user acquisition, or similar roles in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup company.

⚙️ Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.

Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve results.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

Fluent in German and English

Experienced in successfully launching cool and innovative products (ideally in blue-collar markets)
