Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

Du berätst unsere Kunden für den optimalen Einsatz und die Implementierung von Oracle HCM Du erarbeitest innovativ und kreativ kundenspezifische Prozessdefinitionen. Dabei steuerst du den Kunden über alle Projektphasen von der fachlichen Anforderung bis zur technischen Umsetzung Du bringst dein HR IT- und Prozess Wissen in unser Team ein Du arbeitest an der Konzeption und Entwicklung, sowie Implementierung von Oracle-Cloud Technologien und gestaltest mit unserem Team die digitale Transformation von HR und Geschäftsprozessen Du bist aktiv an der Gestaltung und Implementierung von HR-IT-Strategien beteiligt

AnforderungenAnforderungen

Um für deinen Weg als (Senior) Consultant gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck:

Abgeschlossenes Studium und mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR IT Umfeld, optimalerweise bereits mit Oracle Leidenschaft für fortschrittliche Technologien, HR, sowie den Kundenkontakt und Teamarbeit Expertise in der Implementierung von HR-Systemen, wie Oracle Cloud-Konzepte, Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, oder Oracle On-Premise-Lösungen Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch das Auftreten sowohl beim Kunden als auch bei den MHP Kolleg:innen und zeichnet sich durch außerordentliche Kommunikations-, analytische, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten aus

Beginn:  nach Vereinbarung – immer zu Beginn eines Monats Arbeitszeit:  in Vollzeit (h) (oder Teilzeit (ab h) möglich; Urlaubstage Arbeitsverhältnis:  Unbefristet Arbeitsbereich:  Consulting Sprache:  verhandlungssicheres Deutsch auf mind. C1 Niveau Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft Sonstiges:  eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis; bei Bedarf können wir die Arbeitserlaubnis im Rahmen unseres Recruiting-Prozesses beantragen.
