Product Marketing Specialist VAS (m/w/d)

Hier können Sie sich verwirklichen:

In Ihrer Rolle als Product Marketing Specialist VAS (m/w/d) bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Einkauf und unserem Value-Added-Service-Team und unterstützen diese in den Bereichen Produkt-Marketing, Orderbearbeitung und Systembetreuung. Sie ermitteln die Bedarfe und bestellen die Produkte unter optimaler Ausnutzung des Warenwirtschafts- systems für unsere Niederlassungen in ganz Europa Sie stehen im engen Kontakt mit unseren Lieferanten, kontrollieren die Auftragsbestätigungen und überwachen die Liefertermine Bei Lieferdiskrepanzen vermitteln Sie durch eigenständige Kommunikation und Koordination als Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Vertrieb und den Herstellern Durch enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit unserem Vertrieb unterstützen Sie bei der Preisfindung und Platzierung der Produkte und haben damit einen direkten Einfluss auf das Unternehmensergebnis Sie prüfen und genehmigen Anfragen für neue Teilenummern und erstellen kundenspezifische Zeichnungen und Stücklisten inklusive der erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte zur korrekten Erfassung in unserem System. Zudem erweitern und teilen Sie kontinuierlich Ihr technisches und produktspezifisches Wissen, um die Kollegen in ihren Aufgaben effektiv zu unterstützen. Unter Berücksichtigung der Vertriebsanforderungen führen Sie darüber hinaus Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und der Ergebnisse unserer Steckverbinder-Montage-Linie durch.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein technisches Studium, bspw. Fachrichtung Maschinenbau Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet Produkt- oder Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil sowie technisches Wissen über unsere Value Added Produkte und Services Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und analytische Stärke Gute Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Arbeit mit den internationalen Kollegen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, v. a. MS Excel
