Job Description

Overview:

The Internal Communications Specialist will develop and execute internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective internal communication channels and formats to reach a diverse audience.
  • Create high-quality content, including newsletters, intranet articles, videos, and presentations, to inform and engage employees.
  • Train employees on the use of new communication tools and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent internal communication aligned with company goals and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant internal communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, advertising, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience training employees on best practices, including digital content development, SEO, PR, and social media.
  • Fluency in German and English and cultural sensitivity.
