Ihre Aufgaben
Täglich leiten Sie Ihr Team bestehend aus derzeit drei Controllern dank Ihrer exzellenten Führungskompetenzen zu Bestleistungen an.
Sie koordinieren die Terminsetzungen für den Gesamtkonzern, führen die von den Unternehmensbereichen bereitgestellten Daten eigenständig zusammen und bereiten Präsentationen für den Finanzvorstand sowie den Gesamtvorstand auf.
Verantwortungsvoll kümmern Sie sich um die Erstellung der Konzernplanung und -hochrechnungen sowie des Monatsabschlusses.
Ebenso unterstützen Sie bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und der Segmentberichterstattung.
Ihre Expertise stellen Sie darüber hinaus in der Dokumentation und fortlaufenden Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen unter Beweis.
Kompetent übernehmen Sie das IT Cost Reporting und Controlling auf Konzernebene und betreuen das SAP-basierte Konzerninformationssystem.
Sie erstellen und pflegen betriebswirtschaftliche Grundsätze und Richtlinien für den Konzern und beraten die dezentralen Controller bei der Umsetzung dieser Vorgaben.
Zu guter Letzt unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Vorstands- und Aufsichtsratssitzungen, der jährlichen Hauptversammlung und führen Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen sowie Ad-hoc Analysen durch.
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finance.
Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise gewonnen in einem global agierenden Konzern, sowie eine nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Controlling sowie Grundkenntnisse der IFRS-Standards.
Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Datenpflege und -extraktion mit SAP.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) und im Umgang mit anderen für Tabellenkalkulationen, Textverarbeitungen und Datenbanken anwendbaren Programmen.
Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Kontakt mit Personen auf allen Hierarchieebenen.
