Your Assignments

As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the Head of R&D Pharma. Your primary focus will be on managing the Controlling function for all R&D Centers within the BU Pharma, including US, India, Italy, and Brazil.

  • Develop and implement a consistent project controlling framework for all R&D-related projects.
  • Drive project prioritization based on financial and strategic considerations.
  • Coordinate and lead the forecast and budget process for the entire R&D function, including projects.
  • Ensure smooth monthly closing processes for all R&D reporting units.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address R&D-related questions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a finance leadership position. Experience in the pharmaceutical or life science sector is highly desirable.

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, specialized in Finance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and comprehension skills.
  • Business fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
