Your Assignments

As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the Head of R&D Pharma.

  • Manage the Controlling support for all R&D Centers of BU Pharma – US, India, Italy, and Brazil.
  • Lead the R&D Controlling Team (Brazil with functional reporting line only).
  • Be a member of the R&D Management Team.
  • Set up and manage a consistent project controlling for all R&D related projects.
  • Drive project prioritization based on Financials and strategic fit.
  • Coordinate and drive forecast and budget process for the whole R&D function, including projects.
  • Ensure smooth monthly closing process for all R&D Reporting units.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for R&D related questions (including M&A).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all finance topics.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, specialized on Finance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Leadership position (ideally supporting R&D) in the pharmaceutical/ life science/ healthcare sector.
  • Experience within a multinational and Matrix driven corporation, where transformation and change is not foreign.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong comprehension and analytical skills.
  • Open to work in a multinational/-cultural environment.
  • Business fluent in English (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus.
