About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Controlling Director to join our team at FRESENIUS KABI. As a key member of our R&D Management Team, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a consistent project controlling process for all R&D related projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project controlling framework to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Lead the R&D Controlling Team and provide guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project prioritization based on financials and strategic fit.
  • Ensure smooth monthly closing process for all R&D Reporting units and provide timely financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for R&D related questions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in R&D controlling and leadership experience. You should have a completed university degree in Business Administration, specialized on Finance, and a minimum of 8 years of work experience including at least 3 years in a Finance Leadership position in the pharmaceutical / life science / healthcare sector.
