Im Auftrag unseres Kunden - ein etabliertes und ikonisches Beautyunternehmen - suchen wir einen Counter Manager (gn) für dessen Make-up Brand in Vollzeit am Standort Düsseldorf.

 

Ihre Aufgaben als Counter Manager (gn)

  • Sie begeistern jeden Kunden mit dem leidenschaftlichen Verkauf exklusiver Make-up und Beauty Produkte, Schaffen unvergessliche Verkaufserlebnisse und finden für jeden Kunden den passenden Look
  • Teamführung und -motivation bereitet Ihnen ebenso Freude wie die eigenständige Umsatzverantwortung, das regelmäßige Reporting, sowie das Durchführen von Events & Promotionen
  • Die professionelle Betreuung und der Ausbau eines persönlichen, individuellen Kundenstammes (CRM) liegen in Ihrem Verantwortungsgebiet
  • Sie sind ebenfalls für die Gewährleistung und Einhaltung des Erscheinungsbildes des Counters zuständig
  • Der Umgang mit Kassen- und Inventurtätigkeiten mittels eines Warenwirtschaftssystems gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet

 

Ihr Profil als Counter Manager (gn)

  • Sie bringen Erfahrungen aus dem Make-up Bereich mit, idealerweise haben Sie eine abgeschlossene Visagistenausbildung
  • Sie konnten bereits erste Führungserfahrungen im Einzelhandel und/oder der gehobenen Dienstleitungsbranche sammeln
  • Es zeichnet Sie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
  • Eine gelebte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, sowie ein sehr gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischsprachkenntnisse; jede weitere Fremdsprache ist Willkommen
