Warranty / goodwill / mobility or service contract case - we support our Mercedes-Benz organization (Wholesale & Dealers) worldwide to manage their business efficiently, digitally and professionally.
We are the Warranty Excellence Management (WEM) team consisting of Warranty Audit Wholesale / Retail and Product Management WEM. As a team, we have the task of supporting and managing correct warranty and goodwill processing worldwide. We provide our external organization with a key performance indicator dashboard (WEM Monitor) and thus enable our partners in Retail and Wholesale to have the best possible transparency regarding their warranty performance and processes. In addition, we use it to manage our audit, findings and claim review mechanisms to minimize the risks associated with costs. We also develop systems for Warranty Excellence Management to further advance the potential of digitalization, the use of available data and the empowerment of the external organization.
Become part of our team and support us in optimizing our processes by evaluating and further developing a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tool.
You will face these challenges:
Analysis, evaluation and optimization of existing and potential KPIs for the WEM dashboard and evaluation of the impact on the quality of the associated retailer score Developing suggestions for improving the KPI tool Performing data analysis to simulate trends and patterns Collaboration with various specialist departments to ensure holistic data quality Participation in the implementation of improvement measuresThe final topic will be determined in consultation with the university, you and us.
Qualifikationen Degree in economics, data science, business informatics, engineering, mathematics or a comparable course of study Experience with data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) Good written and spoken German and English skills Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working Strong communication skills and team spiritAdditional information:
