To continue BRUNA’s growth, we are seeking a dedicated Community Brand Lead to join our team. Our brand is built on values of growth, care, and empowerment with a commitment to long-term success. In your role as BRUNA’s Community Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to continue to foster the growth of BRUNA’s community. This involves community building, managing our social media platforms, and event management. Additionally, you will provide leadership to the teams within this triangle.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Brand Representation: Understand and embody the essence of our brand, effectively communicating our values and positioning in all interactions.
- Community Building/ Fostering a Movement: Build and grow BRUNA’s community through both virtual and physical activities, organizing initiatives, events, and other engagements that promote community expansion. Stay on top of the latest trends, integrating them proactively and collaborating with various teams and departments to foster community growth.
- Build Brand Advocacy: Drive brand advocacy by developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, strengthening a community of loyal brand ambassadors.
- Event Hosting: Organize and host in-person events focused on community building, ensuring creativity and effectiveness in execution at every level.
- Networking: Embrace new ventures and consistently pursue opportunities to connect with others, whether through social media, events, or face-to-face encounters. You thrive on engagement and interactions and always seek new opportunities. Our aim is that customers feel a sense of belonging as part of BRUNA’s community and with each other.
- Market Expansion: Strengthen our presence in the DACH market through targeted marketing efforts while preparing for expansion into new markets, particularly France. Comprehending cultural nuances for international expansion is essential.
- Project Management: Lead community-driven initiatives, fostering productive teamwork while showing autonomy and proactivity. Continuously pursue opportunities, adept at managing individual projects with consideration for their broader impact on various departments. Effectively communicate and grasp the broader organizational objectives, all while remaining grounded in the fundamental role of a community manager.
- Interacting with Community Members: Actively engage with our community members through social channels by initiating conversations, asking questions, and soliciting feedback. Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive online environment where individuals feel valued and heard.
- A deep understanding of our brand, its values, and its positioning.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to network and make connections.
- Proficiency in social media platforms to the extent that social media is like your native language.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience and results in community management, event planning, or similar roles are preferred.
- Fluency in English and preferably German. Additional languages, especially French, are a plus.
- A can-do attitude and growth mindset. You have a proactive approach and a positive attitude towards challenges, with a willingness to take initiative and drive solutions. You own your tasks and ensure constant progress.
- You are familiar with and thrive in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of startups. You can prioritize well and stay on top of your tasks, even when faced with changes.
