Role Overview
We are in search of a dynamic marketing professional who is driven, innovative, and proactive. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker with a strong work ethic, eager to grow alongside our team. While experience in the FoodTech sector is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnhance brand visibility for HomeMealDeal within the local community.
- Develop creative strategies to generate leads for our supply and demand platform through both offline and online channels.
- Formulate and execute marketing plans and brand strategies for various campaigns aimed at achieving objectives and attracting new partners.
- Oversee all marketing channels, including performance and non-performance marketing such as automation, social media, public relations, email, video, and events.
- Lead market entry and launch initiatives for new locations and offerings in Germany, including conducting market analysis, crafting messaging, and executing launch plans.
- Manage a team of freelancers to assist with execution tasks.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in comprehensive marketing and growth strategies (experience in startups is highly valued).
- Proven track record in scaling app installation campaigns.
- Ability to generate creative ideas, implement them, and follow through effectively.
- Capable of managing projects from inception to completion with full accountability.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, lead generation, content marketing, and strategic planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in German and advanced proficiency in English.
- A resourceful and hands-on approach to work.
