Ihr Kompetenzbereich

Als Head of Brokerage (m/w/d) sind Sie zuständig für folgende Aufgaben. Brokerage umfasst hierbei: IPM (Expat-Absicherung), Betr. Krankenversicherung, Risikoabsicherung der Personenversicherung.

Fachliche Steuerung und Entwicklung sowie Implementierung bedarfsgerechter Lösungen für Aon Kunden Weiterentwicklung von Produkt- und Beratungsinhalten in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement & EMEA IPM (International People Mobility) Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der entsprechenden Mitarbeiter Verantwortung für die Kundenprofitabilität sowie Planung und Steuerung des Mitarbeitereinsatzes unter Berücksichtigung von Rentabilitätsaspekten Steuerung aller Tätigkeiten der Abteilung Fachlicher Entscheider in der Eskalation sowohl intern als auch extern Strategische Ausrichtung und Entwicklung der relevanten Absicherungsbedarfe in Zusammenarbeit mit den ACMs und entsprechende Entwicklung von Lösungen mit Versicherern Überregionaler Repräsentant des Bereichs Aufbau und Systematisierung von Know-how und Wissensmanagement im nationalen und internationalen Kontext Definition, Sicherstellung und Optimierung von internen Prozessen und Schnittstellen zu anderen Bereichen Vernetzung in der Fach-Community, Einbindung als Referent bei Veranstaltungen, aktive Teilnahme an Kunden- oder Branchenveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes betriebswissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt in Versicherungen oder Finanzen Umfangreiche, spartenübergreifende Berufserfahrung in der Branche oder langjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Argumentations- und Beratungsstärke ggü. internen und externen Gesprächspartnern auf hohem fachlichem Niveau Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse in den verantworteten Bereichen und den dazugehörenden Dienstleistungen Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und in der fachlichen Anleitung Detaillierte Kenntnisse der Zusammenhänge und Prozesse Souveränes, selbstbewusstes und sicheres Auftreten Fachspezifische Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit Analytisch-strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Ergebnis- und Lösungsorientierung Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wünschenswert
