What you do

Identify, establish, and nurture business relationships with our media partners across the globe – including many of the world’s largest media organizations  Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance partnerships and drive business growth Serve as the primary point of contact for media partners, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships Lead negotiations for partnership agreements and contracts Develop and present project proposals to new and existing partners Develop new business models, build business cases, plan and execute implementation Coordinate with internal teams (sales teams, data analyst teams) to ensure stakeholders are aligned and projects are delivered and published successfully Your skills

Who you are

5-7 years of experience in business development, management consulting, or media/publishing Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business partnerships Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic thinking abilities Native proficiency in English; proficiency in German is a significant plus Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate partners in different time zones Your Team
