Ihre Aufgaben

Kompetente Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung (Auftragserfassung bis zur Rechnungsstellung) Stammdatenpflege im SAP Koordination und Überwachung von Lieferterminen Schnittstellenkommunikation zwischen den einzelnen Abteilungen Selbstständige Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten und Verzögerungen Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Unsere Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium Solide Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld wünschenswert Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit Freude am Kundenkontakt Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und SAP Teamfähigkeit, gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Spaß an einem facettenreichen Aufgabefeld Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
