Inside Sales Manager / Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)


Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Orderunterlagen und Intensive Betreuung und Unterstützung des Außendienstes im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Bearbeiten und Erfassen von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System (Versand von Auftragsbestätigungen und Stammdaten)
  • Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden auf allen Kanälen (Telefon, E-Mail)
  • Erledigung von allen anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Überwachung und Kommunikation von Lieferfristen
  • Unterstützung im Marketing
  • Aktives Einbringen und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann / zur Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
