Als Head of Support Function Controlling (m/f/d) leiten Sie ein Controlling-Team, das das Finanzmanagement der globalen Supportfunktionen verantwortet. Als wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Vorstandsmitglieder und Bereichsleiter treiben Sie die Globalisierung und Internationalisierung voran. Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind u.a. die Budgeterstellung, Methodenharmonisierung und auch die Integration neuer Funktionen. Sie koordinieren zudem das Controlling für die Unternehmenszentrale.

Teamführung
Leitung eines hochqualifizierten Controlling-Teams, darunter experten für IT-, Global Business Services- (GBS), HR- und Financial ControllingVorstandsinteraktion
Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Vorstandsmitglieder in Finanzfragen Vorbereitung und Präsentation finanzieller Erkenntnisse und EmpfehlungenZusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bereichsleitern zur Abstimmung von Finanzstrategien und -zielen Beitrag zum globalen Erfolg der Organisation durch strategische FinanzberatungMonitoring
Überwachung und Leitung finanzieller Aktivitäten für IT, GBS, HR und die Finanzfunktionen Harmonisierung der Strategien mit den OrganisationszielenFinancial Excellence
Entwicklung fortschrittlicher Strategien zur Verbesserung der finanziellen Transparenz Gewährleistung der zeitnahen Erstellung exakter Finanzberichte und DashboardsBudgetgestaltung und Methodenharmonisierung
Erstellung von Budgets in ERP- und Konsolidierungstools im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen Vorantreiben der Harmonisierung und Modernisierung von Tools, Methoden und ProzessenEinrichtung neuer Funktionen/Projekte
Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung neuer finanzieller Funktionen Umsetzung von Kostenkontrollmaßnahmen für die budgettreue und verantwortungsvolle RessourcenallokationHeadquarter-Controlling
Koordination und Leitung des Controllings der UnternehmenszentraleZusammenarbeit auf globaler Ebene
Sicherstellung einer guten Zusammenarbeit zwischen den zentralen Teams und den dezentralen Finanzeinheiten weltweit Gewährleistung der nahtlosen Integration von finanziellen Kontrollen sowie der globalen BerichterstattungAd-hoc-Analysen und Projekte
Koordination von Ad-hoc-Finanzanalysen und Projekten auf Anfrage des CFO oder der Funktionsleitungen
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Diplom-Kaufmann/Diplom-Kauffrau oder Masterabschluss) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement, Controlling oder einer ähnlichen Rolle in einer internationalen Organisation, idealerweise unter Anwendung globaler Standards Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit zur Leitung und Förderung eines hochfunktionalen, ambitionierten Teams Hervorragende Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem interdisziplinären und multikulturellen Umfeld auf höchster Ebene Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, finanzielle Innovationen und Verbesserungen auf internationaler Ebene voranzutreiben Kompetenz in Finanzsoftware und ERP-Systemen Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift Sehr guter Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Sehr guter Umgang mit den SAP-Modulen SEM-BCS, BW und FI-CO Sehr guter Umgang mit Thinkcell, weitere Systeme sind von VorteilWir freuen uns auf den Austausch mit Ihnen
