**Head of Manufacturing (M/F/d)**:

We are looking for a Head of Manufacturing (M/F/d) at the Busch-Jaeger Elektro GmbH site in Bad Berleburg-Aue to start as soon as possible. The location in Aue is a production site with 245 employees and is our plastics competence center with over 100 injection molding machines. All plastic articles (end devices, assemblies and individual parts) for the main plant in Lüdenscheid are produced here. The assembly department employs 31 people who work in two shifts.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Achieve defined production targets (customer supply, productivity, costs and inventories), monitor and comply with production key figures.
- Monitor production quality of end devices, assemblies and individual parts.
- Analyze rejects and rework and initiate corrective measures.
- Develop and implement cost reduction measures, reduce wastage.
- Disciplinary and technical employee management as well as employee development.
- Carry out shift and employee scheduling, carry out instructions.
- Monitoring compliance with applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements, the BJE house rules, guidelines and company agreements.
- Representation of the production manager Aue.

**Your background**:

- Completed technical training and subsequent further training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician.
- Several years of experience in production; management experience an advantage
- High quality awareness, independent and responsible way of working, flexibility and ability to work under pressure as well as good teamwork and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
