First call: I (Mai Dao) will schedule a first call with you to discuss more about the role, Management Events, and answer any possible questions you might have. In addition to this, I would like to know who you are, what your experience has been, and what motivates you. Interview via video call: you will meet the hiring manager. There you can learn the specifics of the job. Final interview at the office: you will meet your potential team manager. Part of this interview will be a short simulation; you will receive the instructions before the interview so you can prepare.
