Das Team AML Operations ist für den täglichen operative Arbeitsablauf im Bereich AML der Raisin Bank verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du stellst die Weiterentwicklung und Aktualisierung interner Richtlinien sicher
  • Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung, Durchführung und Aktualisierung von Kontrollen zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung zuständig
  • Du unterstützt unser AML-Team im laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb, bei der Umsetzung neuer Projekte sowie der Durchführung von internen Prüfungen und dem laufenden Monitoring
  • Du untersuchst ungewöhnliche Sachverhalte
  • Du berätst andere Teams zu Vorgaben des Geldwäschegesetzes sowie der Auslegung und Umsetzung weiterer regulatorischer Vorgaben
  • Du begleitest die Umsetzung neuer rechtlicher und regulatorischer Regelungen zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung
  • Du unterstützt unser AML-Team bei der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüfern und den Aufsichtsbehörden
Dein Profil
  • Du hast erfolgreich ein wirtschaftsrechtliches, rechtswissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium (Bachelor, Master oder Staatsexamen) abgeschlossen
  • Du hast bereits relevante Berufserfahrung und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse bei der Umsetzung von regulatorischen Vorgaben zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche, Terrorismusfinanzierung sowie sonstigen strafbaren Handlungen
  • Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte und Prozesse strukturiert und nachvollziehbar darstellen
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Du bist vertrauenswürdig, motiviert und teamfähig
  • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer
