What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone, live chat, and back-office support.
Solve customer concerns connected to the digital banking platform with efficiency and professionalism.
Team up to offer excellent customer support and contribute feedback that can refine the overall service experience.

What We're Looking For:
