Wir suchen für die Zentrale in Frankfurt für den Bereich Kontraktlogistik zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Customer Manager Contract Logistics (w/m/d) für Süddeutschland/Schweiz Was Dich erwartet: Fachliche Steuerung und Betreuung der Customer Manager in der jeweiligen Area Führung und Entwicklung von Bestandskunden der Contract Logistics Auswahl, Entwicklung und Abschluss von Neugeschäften mit Bestandskunden, sowie Aufbau und Steuerung von operativen Verbesserungs- und Innovationsprojekten Sicherstellung der lokalen und regionalen Umsetzung der Kundenentwicklungsstrategie Leitung der Kundenkommunikation inkl. Eskalationsmanagement über den gesamten Lebenszyklus Einarbeitung von Änderungen und Förderung von Verbesserungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenmanagementteam Sicherstellung der Integrität der Lösungen sowie deren Dokumentation Vorantreibung von Standards sowie Standardisierung von Prozessen Identifizierung von Geschäftspotentialen und potenziellen Zusatzdienstleistungen Ausbau und Pflege eines stabilen internen und externen Netzwerks, durch Besuch von Messen, Logistik Round Tables und Social Media Präsenz Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Koordination mit den wichtigen Stakeholdern

Requirements

Was Dich auszeichnet:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik Langjährige erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung in der Kontraktlogistik in einer vergleichbaren Funktion Umfassende Erfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolge in der Betreuung von Groß- und Mittelstandskunden Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Versierter und sicherer Umgang mit dem gängigen MS Office Paket und Projektmanagement Tools Kenntnisse im Bereich QM und KVP (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) Verhandlungsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke, sowie sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten in Kombination mit stark ausgeprägtem unternehmerischem Handeln und Denken Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft
