Als Senior Product Owner

übernimmst du im Cluster Cards, New Payments & Transactions die Rolle eines senioren übergreifenden Produkt Managers treibst du die Cell-übergreifende Produktentwicklung im Cluster Cards, New Payments & Transactions maßgeblich voran bist du elementare*r Treiber*in in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Strategie- und Innovationsthemen im Payments-Bereich und nimmst damit an zentraler Stelle Einfluss auf unseren Erfolg – sowohl als Bank als auch als Team; deine Entwicklung ist dabei von wesentlicher Bedeutung - Verantwortungsübernahme von Anfang an sind daher Teil unserer DNA stellst du den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt und arbeitest motiviert an zukunftsgerichteten Prozessen der Bank. bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams in der Umsetzung der strategischen Initiativen rund um unsere Kartenprodukte und innovativen Bezahlverfahren bist du kontinuierlich im engen Austausch mit den relevanten Stakeholdern und Anspruchsgruppen innerhalb und außerhalb der Bank – du vernetzt dich beispielsweise eng mit PUK, OPS und weiteren Clustern der Delivery Organisation und achtest auf die entsprechende Verzahnung der Themen koordinierst du mit Hilfe deines Expertenwissens komplexe fachliche Aktivitäten unter Berücksichtigung übergreifender wirtschaftlicher und qualitätsrelevanter Aspekte entwickelst du kurz-, mittel- bis langfristige Strategien und innovative Lösungsansätze zu differenzierten Problemstellungen; du erkennst dabei potenzielle Risiken und erfasst Zusammenhänge und Konsequenzen in komplexen Prozessen.

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktstrategie/Produktentwicklung in der Payments-Branche z.B. als Produkt-/Programmmanager*in Product Owner Qualifizierung und mindestens ein Jahr praktische Erfahrung als Product Owner Ganzheitliches Verständnis der Produktentwicklung von Zahlungsverkehrsprodukten und Karten Tiefgreifende Erfahrung in den Produktbereichen Kreditkarten, Debitkarten, e-Commerce-Bezahlverfahren, Mobile Payments, Point of Sale Geschäft Umfassendes Netzwerk in der Payments-Branche gepaart mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Unternehmen der Branche Fortgeschrittenes technisches Verständnis von Backend über Frontend bis hin zu mobilen Banking Applikationen mit dem Ziel der Steuerung komplexer IT-Initiativen Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/-informatik oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, übergreifendes Denken und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Konzeptionelles und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie lösungsorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Fähigkeit zur adressatengerechten Kommunikation und managementgerechten Aufbereitung von Inhalten Kompetenz im (Senior-)Stakeholdermanagement Durchsetzungsstärke und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Digitalisierungs-/Prozessverständnis gepaart mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft und Motivation Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Spaß am agilen Arbeiten
