Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für alle elektronischen Zahlungsmethoden sowie neue Lösungen wie Samsung Rewards und Gutscheinkarten im Direktvertriebsbereich.
  • Betreuung bestehender Zahlungsdienstleister und Payment Service Provider sowie Auswahl neuer Dienstleister, Vertragsmanagement und -verhandlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Interessengruppen.
  • Bewertung und Implementierung neuer Zahlungsmethoden und innovativer Konzepte im E-Commerce, einschließlich der Integration von Kryptowährungen.
  • Optimierung und Steuerung der Zahlungsmethoden und -anwendungen gemäß der lokalen Strategie und vordefinierter Leistungskennzahlen wie Bezahlanteil, Umsatz, Akzeptanzraten und Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Aktives Monitoring der Wettbewerbsumgebung und der aktuellen Markt- und Branchentrends im deutschen Payment-Markt, insbesondere im E-Commerce-Umfeld.
  • Entwicklung umfassender Marketingmaßnahmen und Promotionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam und dem Zahlungsdienstleister.
  • Ansprechpartner für alle externen und internen Teams in Deutschland, darunter Marketing, Plattformbetrieb, Finanzen, Kundensupport, Rechtsabteilung und das HQ-Team.


Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung in BWL, Finanzwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder ähnlichen Bereichen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Projektleiter oder Produktmanager in komplexen E-Commerce-Umgebungen, Start-ups oder Scale-ups.
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im agilen, hybriden und klassischen Projektmanagement in komplexen und internationalen Umgebungen.
  • Leidenschaft für digitale Themen und Trends, insbesondere im Bereich Fintech, E-Commerce-Zahlungen und neue Konzepte wie Kryptowährungen.
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement- und Ticketing-Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Kommunikationstools wie Microsoft Teams und Slack.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sind unabdingbar.
