Wir sind die vertical cloud solution GmbH, ein stark aber nachhaltig wachsendes IT-Unternehmen aus Darmstadt. Mit unserer Software gastromatic bringen wir das Workforcemanagement in schichtbasierten Branchen auf ein neues Level. Dabei verbindet über 130 Gastronaut*innen eine Vision: „Gemeinsam Arbeiten neu denken“. Das heißt wir stoßen Veränderung an, wo sie notwendig ist, und machen mit gastromatic das Arbeiten einfacher, effizienter und zufriedenstellender – für Arbeitnehmer*innen und Arbeitgeber*innen.

Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich: 

  • Du identifizierst dich mit unserer Marke und unserem Produkt und bist verantwortlich für die Vorqualifizierung der Inbound-Leads.
  • Du treibst gleichzeitig eine proaktive Leadgenerierung voran und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine eigene Deal-Pipeline.
  • Du hast stets deine Ziele im Blick und denkst Wege auch mal neu, um diese zu erreichen.
  • Im Erstgespräch mit potenziellen Kund*innen erfährst Du die aktuellen Pain Points, Anforderungen des Betriebs, Verantwortlichkeiten und die Dringlichkeit einer neuen Lösung.
  • Du terminierst Produktdemos für deine Kolleg*innen aus dem Inside-Sales & übergibst alle vorqualifizierten Inbound-Leads.  
  • Du bist auf Messen und Events präsent und trägst so aktiv zur Leadgewinnung bei.

  • Ich bin ein kommunikativer und offener Mensch und habe Freude am Austausch mit anderen Menschen. 
  • Ich sehe mich selbst als „Hunter“, mein Ehrgeiz und meine Abschlussstärke treiben mich an.
  • Ich habe eine hohe Eigenmotivation und übertreffe die Erwartungen sowohl unserer Kund*innen als auch meine eigenen jeden Tag aufs Neue.
  • Ich bringe bereits erste Erfahrungen im Sales mit, anderenfalls habe ich eine sehr starke intrinsische Motivation, mich in den Vertrieb einzuarbeiten.
  • Nie ohne mein Team: Zusammen mit motivierten Kolleg*innen und einer Prise Leichtigkeit kann ich noch mehr aus meiner Arbeit rausholen. 
  • Ich fuchse mich gerne in Themen rein und eigne mir schnell neues Wissen an.
