**Inside Sales Representative (M/F/d) (Genetic Testing Solutions)**

**Location/Division Specific Information**

As Inside Sales Representative you will be a key member of our Genetic Analysis sales team serving our Clinical in one of our Central territories. This role is focused on rapidly growing our outstanding consumables portfolio of qPCR/CE Sequencing and Microarray solutions. To achieve success you will need to forge positive relationships within the existing customer base and develop new business opportunities.

Our Inside Sales Representatives act as a trusted commercial point of contact who will work closely with our field-based sales, service and support teams to bring our innovative workflows to our customers.

A day in the Life:

- Achieve the agreed sales targets
- Identify and close sales opportunities
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Build internal/external networks and enhance collaboration via our CRM system
- Utilise account and territory planning tools
- Forecasting large deal pipeline and run rate business
- Up to 20% travel within sales territory and attend regular off-site internal meetings
- Develop appropriate selling skills consistent with Thermo Fisher Scientific's philosophy, policies, and procedures

**Keys to Success**:
**Education**
- BSc in Life Sciences

**Experience**
- Experience in a sales role is beneficial but not crucial

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Proficiency in German is required
- Knowledge of the Genetic Analysis workflow and market
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Demonstrate a positive demeanor and desire to succeed
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment
- Digital literacy in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or similar programs required
