**Context of the Position**

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Specialist who succeeds in a fast-paced sales cycle environment.

An Inside Sales Rep plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. They must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

**Your responsibilities**:
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
**Main missions**
- Comprehensive advice, support and development of new and existing customers
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory (C-Customer)
- Cross-Collaboration with Nextlane departments such as OEM- and Professional-Service Organisation
- Manage the entire sales process from the first interest including price negotiations and closing deals
- Creating and follow-up of quotations
- Managing customer data and quotations (sales opportunities) in the CRM system
- Forecast accuracy
- Close collaboration with Senior Account managers (field sales)
- Analyse and identify cross
- and upsell
- Relationship-Management with customers and contacts

- Sales and Marketing
- OEM Team and Professional Services
- Customer Support
- Central corporate departments

**What we are looking for**:
**Languages**:

- German native or very fluent
- Very profficient English

**Technical skills**:

- Experienced in SaaS-Environment or automative industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong listening and excellent negotiation skills

**Soft skills**:

- Sales mindset
- Very good communication skills
- Independent structured and responsible way of working
- High problem-solving skills
- Strong team player
