Head of Tax (m/w/d) Unternehmensprofil

Unser internationaler Kunde hat sich den Fokus auf die Nachhaltigkeit im Bereich Technologie und Energiewende gelegt. Aktuell sucht das Unternehmen einen Head of Tax (m/w/d), der für den steuerrechtlichen Bereich in Deutschland zuständig ist und ein kleines Team leitet.

Aufgabengebiet
  • Als Leiter Steuern (w/m/d) sind Sie für die proaktive Unterstützung und steuerliche Beratung aller Konzerngesellschaften zuständig 
  • Sie tauschen sich direkt mit Entscheidungsträgern aus und bereiten steuerliche Entscheidungsvorlagen vor
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für Schnittstellenfunktionen, Gruppengesellschaften, Tax Reporting Tool Provider und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
  • Sie erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Optimierung der Gruppenstruktur
  • Sie erstellen steuerliche Gutachten und steuerrechtliche Stellungnahmen

     
Anforderungsprofil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Ein erfolgreich abgelegtes Steuerberaterexam ist wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Ertragsteuerrecht und idealerweise auch in anderen Steuerarten wie z.B. Umsatzsteuer
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für strukturierte und prozessorientierte Vorgehensweisen 
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
