Head of Tax

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Tax to join our team at Headmatch GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our tax function and providing strategic guidance on all tax-related matters.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy: Provide proactive support and tax advice to all group companies, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Directly engage with senior decision-makers to prepare tax decision-making documents and provide tax expertise.
- Operational Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters, including group companies, tax reporting tools, and auditors.
- Process Improvement: Develop proposals to optimize the group structure and improve tax efficiency.
- Expertise and Analysis: Prepare tax opinions and provide tax-related advice to support business decisions.
- Education: Completed a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or law.
- Professional Qualifications: A successful tax consultant certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of income tax law and other tax areas, such as value-added tax.
- Soft Skills: Excellent understanding of structured and process-oriented approaches.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English language skills.
