Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Tax, der unsere internationale Unternehmensgruppe in Deutschland steuerlich unterstützt und leitet.

Aufgaben
  • Als Leiter Steuern sind Sie für die proaktive Unterstützung und steuerliche Beratung aller Konzerngesellschaften zuständig.
  • Sie tauschen sich direkt mit Entscheidungsträgern aus und bereiten steuerliche Entscheidungsvorlagen vor.
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für Schnittstellenfunktionen, Gruppengesellschaften, Tax Reporting Tool Provider und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
  • Sie erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Optimierung der Gruppenstruktur.
  • Sie erstellen steuerliche Gutachten und steuerrechtliche Stellungnahmen.
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbares Studium.
  • Ein erfolgreich abgelegtes Steuerberaterexam ist wünschenswert.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Ertragsteuerrecht und idealerweise auch in anderen Steuerarten wie z.B. Umsatzsteuer.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für strukturierte und prozessorientierte Vorgehensweisen.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
