Kurzbeschreibung
Der Fachbauleiter Elektrotechnik (ET) ist verantwortlich für die sichere und fachgerechte Bearbeitung aller elektrischen Themen während der Montage und der Inbetriebnahme eines Projektes unter Berücksichtigung der Projektanforderungen bezüglich Qualität, Zeit und Kosten.
Er ist ferner verantwortlich für die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie der Kundenvorschriften bezüglich HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) im Bereich der Elektrotechnik.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
Elektrische Bauleitung (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hauptbauleiter/Site Manager) Planung und Koordination des Personal-, Material- und Geräteeinsatzes für die Elektromontage Koordination der Fremdfirmen Unterweisung der Verantwortlichen der Fremdfirmen über die spezifischen Arbeitsbedingungen und die Zuständigkeiten Organisation und Durchführung von Toolbox-Meetings Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften Festlegung der Montageabläufe, Terminplanung und -überwachung für die elektrischen Tätigkeiten Qualitäts-, Leistungs- und Terminsicherung des Hatch Küttner Liefer- und Leistungsumfangs im Bereich der Elektrotechnik Qualitäts-, Leistungs- und Terminkontrollen der Mitarbeiter und Subunternehmer Abnahme elektrischer Gewerke von Fremdfirmen Selbstständiges Führen von Subunternehmern, Montagefirmen und Inbetriebnahmeteams Führen des Baustellenschriftverkehrs, z.B. Bautagebuch, Aufmaßkontrolle, Stundenrapports, Baufortschrittskontrolle, etc. Mitwirkung an regelmäßiges Baubesprechungen intern und mit dem Kunden Prüfung, Fehlersuche, Inbetriebsetzung, und Änderung von elektrischen Anlagen für Industrieanlagen bis 1 kV Inspizieren und Prüfen von elektrischen Schutzmaßnahmen Unterstützung des Projektleiters beim Claim ManagementQualifikation und fachliche Erfahrung
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf Elektrofachkraft nach DIN VDE 1000-10 Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauleiter oder Obermonteur auf Großbaustellen im internationalen Anlagenbau Sicheres Lesen elektrischer Dokumentation (Stromlaufpläne, Kabellisten, Klemmenpläne, etc.) Grundsätzlicher Umgang mit EPlan P8 Sicherer Umgang mit einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften für elektrische Montage- und Installationsarbeiten auf Großbaustellen Erkennen von Schnittstellenproblemen und Lösungsfindungen gemeinsam mit dem Prozessverantwortlichen Inbetriebnahme und/ oder Projektleiter Selbstständiges und motiviertes Arbeiten, hohes persönliches Engagement Persönliche Eignung zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Pflichten des Auftraggebers Hohes Maß an sicherheitsgerichtetem Denken und Handeln Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen Vertragsorientiertes, ökonomisches Handeln Organisations- und Führungsfähigkeit Konflikt- und Kritikfähigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Windows und Microsoft Office Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sichere Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift inkl. der spezifischen elektrischen FachterminiWhy join us?
