Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager for Secondary Technology. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for the technical execution and supervision of our electrical installation projects in the medium and high voltage sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Project Execution: Oversee the technical execution of our electrical installation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of internal and external personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with our quality and safety policies, including the implementation of HSEQ procedures and the documentation of all work carried out.
  • Electrical Installation: Perform electrical installation tasks and oversee the commissioning of electrical systems on our construction sites.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Electrical engineering qualification, such as an electrical engineer or mechatronics engineer.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical installation industry, preferably in the medium and high voltage sector.
    • First-line management experience is desirable.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
    • Valid driving license and willingness to travel throughout Germany.
