About the Role

RIZE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the expansion of our mobile network at lofty heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our network infrastructure and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion of construction projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks
  • Manage and control project costs, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety

Requirements

  • Completed training in construction or a related field (e.g. electrical engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within NRW
