Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the technical execution and supervision of our high voltage switchgear construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project success by coordinating with stakeholders, managing teams, and adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Project Execution & Supervision:
Lead the technical implementation of high and medium voltage switchgear installations, collaborating closely with project managers to ensure seamless project delivery. - Site Management & Coordination:
Organize construction sites, manage schedules, and effectively coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. - Team Leadership & Development:
Provide guidance and mentorship to installation teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. - Safety & Compliance:
Champion adherence to stringent safety standards (HSEQ) throughout all construction phases. Ensure meticulous documentation of project progress, including additional work performed and hours worked, supporting billing processes. - Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practical experience with high and medium voltage switchgear installations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Electrotechnical professional training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, energy systems electronics technician, industrial electrician, mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification; desirable with further training as an electrical engineering technician / master.
- Several years of proven experience working with high and medium voltage switchgear installations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in construction environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
- Excellent German language skills (at least Level C1).
