DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

  • You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of specialized sales and soft skills trainings including participant management, communication and follow-up
  • You analyze data/results of various customer service and sales KPIs to propose and monitor strategic improvement measures
  • You are responsible for the sustainable implementation of concepts and contribute to increasing our KPIs
  • You are the first point of contact for our specialist departments when organizing target group-specific training courses
  • You advise and support our teams and franchise partners in identifying and exploiting new sales potential

Qualifications

COME AS YOU ARE:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Economics or Psychology or a comparable qualification
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge and have already gained some experience in the field of training
  • You are performance-oriented, determined, and enjoy taking responsibility for various topics
  • You are willing to travel worldwide for up to 30% of your working hours
  • You have excellent communication skills in English
