We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to become an integral part of our vibrant team at Ray Sono AG. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for steering your colleagues towards successful project outcomes while adeptly managing the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Project Oversight: Monitor leads, engage cross-functional teams, and manage the entire project lifecycle.
  • Project Development: Grasp customer requirements, articulate Ray Sono's offerings, and lead project teams effectively.
  • Proposal Assistance: Develop tailored proposals, organize meetings, and support in finalizing agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain networks, comprehend Ray Sono's offerings, and excel in interpersonal interactions.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of digital market dynamics, competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales, Account Management, or Project Management within a digital consultancy or service-oriented firm.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with an emphasis on client relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Strong presentation skills with a background in crafting engaging presentations.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
