Was ist Deine Aufgabe?

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die reibungslose Planung und Umsetzung unserer neuen und laufenden Projekte im Bereich Parkraummanagement. Dabei triffst Du sowohl technische als auch organisatorische Entscheidungen.
  • Du stehst im direkten Kontakt mit dem Kunden und schaust, dass das Projekt reibungslos läuft.
  • Du koordinierst unsere internen Teams (z. B. die Installation) sowie externe Subunternehmen.
  • Du erstellst Projektpläne und -prozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Kundenanforderungen erfüllt und das Projekt einer voller Erfolg wird. 
  • Du steuerst interne Projekte und initiierst deren Umsetzung, um das Operations-Team und die gesamte Peter Park Organisation zu stärken.
Deine Fähigkeiten:

  • Du hast 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement mit externen Kunden gesammelt, idealerweise im Umfeld des Baugewerbes, der Immobilienwirtschaft oder dem Eventmanagement.
  • Du bist erfahren im Koordinieren verschiedener Stakeholder sowie in der Projektleitung- und durchführung.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Professionalität und kompetentes Auftreten aus.
  • Du hast Interesse am Thema Digitalisierung, findest die Parkbranche spannend und hast Freude im Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Du bringst grundlegendes Interesse für Mobilitätslösungen mit.
  • Entrepreneur in Mind – Du bist Unternehmer:in im Geiste. Dein persönlicher Drive, Deine Hands-On Mentalität sowie Deine strukturierte, selbständige und analytische Arbeitsweise sind für Dich unabdingbar, um Deine Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Du zeigst Reisebereitschaft (10%) innerhalb der DACH-Region.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Work Setup:

  • 40 Stunden pro Woche (Vertrauensbasis)
  • Homeoffice Policy: 3 Tage im Office / 2 Tage remote 
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • Reisebereitschaft: 10 % in der DACH-Region
  • Arbeitsort: München
  • Team: 8 Kolleg:innen
