We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Fleet Strategic In-Life Partnerships and Programs Team. This role will focus on the development, implementation, and enhancement of fleet initiatives. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with external partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), dealerships, fleet suppliers, and fleet management organizations. The services provided will encompass maintenance and repair solutions tailored for Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) who utilize these offerings. Additionally, this individual will explore and deploy innovative strategies aimed at maximizing vehicle uptime.

The perfect candidate will possess a hands-on approach, proactively identifying future requirements and tackling challenges head-on. The objective is to create a premier solution, establish a clear direction, and oversee its execution. The successful applicant will be customer-centric, highly analytical, resourceful, and capable of navigating all organizational levels while making critical business decisions in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
Key Responsibilities
The primary functions of this role include:
- Ownership of a diverse portfolio of services
- Business development and vendor negotiations
- Leveraging the EU-wide rollout of services and their ongoing enhancement
- Engaging with both internal teams (international) and external stakeholders
Specific Duties:
- Develop and manage project plans for service deployment
- Identify business requirements and devise solutions to enhance our service offerings
- Conduct supplier tendering and negotiations
- Establish mechanisms for continuous evaluation and evolution of services based on client feedback
- Manage relationships with suppliers responsible for service delivery
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment among business units, service providers, internal teams, and senior leadership to ensure goal achievement
- Provide regular updates to EU senior leadership regarding project status and key performance indicators
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree
- Experience in project management
- Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive results
- Experience with Delivery Stations and/or Delivery Service Partners is advantageous
- Willingness to travel over 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Certification
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Experience managing third-party vendors
